She highlights the history of Kulahi band (Kulahi means "shout"), the discrimination they suffered and how through their music they were able to assert themselves. She vividly described the thrill they experienced in the recording at Bukidnon State Univ-Ding Cabreira Studio ng Bayan. More importantly, she remarked how important the forests are to their existence especially in sustaining their spiritual practice and in articulating their ethnic identity.
